Ethiopia's rift valley has about 60 volcanoes. Erta Ale's name originates from Afar language and means "Smoking Mountain" and is the most active volcano in Ethiopia. With over 2 times the amount of caffeine than other coffees, we use the best Robusta coffee and roast it dark to bring out its complexity.
